Johnson Creak Property

Got a sweet deal on a little over half an acre with house. Back of property is about 150 feet from Johnson Creak (the creak). Also it is 1 1/2 miles from airport. Made the offer a year ago. Kind of under the radar. Just got back from there as I have been working on it. Needs some fixing. So stoked

Cool! When you get it fixed up, and beer in the fridge, satellite TV, etc, just leave the key under the mat.... 8)

The only "creak" up there is the sounds your bones make when you move, you old fart.

LOL! Yeah, I think that thing with water flowing in it is called a "crick."

Congrats, Tim! That's really awesome. Let us all know when the house warming party happens! =D>

Re: Johnson Creak Property

I have made several trips in the last few months pulling a trailer full of tools and stuff to get it fixed up. I have not flown in since is closed escrow. It took more work than I anticipated but it is finished with a few exceptions. I would have asked for volunteers but I could not afford the beer.

Getting shoulder operated on this Thursday :-({|= and am looking forward to a full recovery so I can fly in and enjoy the place next year.

That is awesome Tim. You'll have to put some pictures up of your place there.

No barbed wire I hope? I hear it's hard on unchocked airplanes.

No but I bet I can figure a way to wind it up in a hurry.
