Jughead's 170 in the gravel bars.(and behind the scenes)

Jughead joins me most of the time when flying the gravel bars, he lands first, lets me know if rocks are small enough to be safe for my nose wheel, (thanks Jughead) he flies formation filming into the gravel bars, very experienced, talented pilot and great friend.

Below is a pic of the shot we got, which will be used in the next movie.

I’m pretty sure he has an 8044 prop also, stock is a 7651, 53, or 55. I had a 8042 on my 170 and it really wakes up the C-145/O-300. Either way that was some nice flying in the 170 jughead! Makes me miss mine.

Ahhh ok. Good stuff. Yeah that makes a difference. What a great aircraft. Hard to come by a decent one these days.

Bigrenna,

I have to be honest with ya. They look kinda small, but I really feel they are about the best compromise for what I do and where I fly for the $.

That's the coolest thing about this. It almost makes me want to jump UP to 8.50s.
