Nope, but being that it is BLM you should be just fine. I'm sure if I asked my friend in the BLM aviation department he would say its O.K. as he's said to me if its BLM and as long as its not a wilderness study area, you can land it.
I've been planning on landing there and walking into town, nice to see more interest
