Our little Scout would not have a good chance with a forward CG and amphibs in my opinion. Wow!

DA -25' @ KONP compared to +9966' in California is radical. The same day too.
BTW... I surfed "South Beach" State Park ( 0.5 NM South of Yaquina Jetty) two weeks ago. Air temp 47F water temp 48F. It was a cold August! Really amazing.
