Does anybody know if camping is allowed at Oceano Airport. I did a google earth and it looks like there are a few spots.

Yes. There's a grassy area where you can pitch a tent, and bathrooms at the "terminal" shack. No shower, but you might find one at the campground on the walk to the beach. Read

Last I heard, yes. Camping is allowed on airport only if flying in. I'm planning on heading over there for an overnight in the next few weeks. With the rain lately, the central coast is looking great.
