It ditched in the med on delivery. Really bad luck after 600 delivered. Such an iconic airplane.

Not too often one of those turbines goes silent ……. Fuel contamination ? Or ? Bummer

Had a chance to fly one once plus a couple of sky dives out of the same one. Great airplane.

I just read it ditched in the water on a delivery flight, 2 people on board, one did not survive. Unconfirmed. I would post the article but unable due to device constraints. I hope its not true.
