Leaving for Sunriver, OR.

Anyone near Sunriver, OR (S21) that would like to join up and fly some dirt strips?
I will be arriving there this Saturday in my Maule and stay for 8 days.

I have my 170 based at Sunriver for the summer. I work in Bend all week, but would be up for some flying on Sunday afternoon/Evening.

Two weeks ago, Beaver Marsh State was very soft -- dust and loose sand/gravel. I wouldn't have made it out in the 206 without oversize tires. Maules are much lighter, however. Also, there are trees fairly near the center line.

Silver Lake USFS is very nice, however.

Recent pics of both strips, plus Toketee:

I get to Sunriver quite a bit. I would love to hear about any others not on the charts. Sorry, I can't make it in the next week.

Airprakken- nice pics

RR- I am in Eugene but will be out of town while you are around. Watch out for the fast movers 8) making straight in approaches at Sun River!
