yes

So I recommended the guy you weren't happy with? Bummer. I just had him do my front seats. I'm going to wait on doing the rear until my daughter isn't using the car seat anymore. Without all the backstory, he did a good job for me, on a tight schedule so I could make OSH. I think I ended up paying a little more than my buddy who had his articulating seats done at a different shop, and he had the articulating hardware rebuilt.

I find interior guys in general to be a little...off. Painters too. Must be all the fumes.

I had a bunch of avionics work done by the "go to" shop around here that everyone was recommending, and long story short, I wouldn't piss on that sonofabitch if he was on fire. So yeah, I get it. Past performance does not indicate future results.

If anyone has any suggestions for a talented upholsterer/craftsman that can handle high-detail work, I'd be interested in hearing about them.

Thanks!

Greg,

Mike up at North Omaha(3NO) does a fantastic job. He has done seats for us throughout the years and his work is phenomenal as you can see below. He has great prices as well. If you are interested you can PM me for his number.

My cousin and I flew from Cadiz, OH to Carthage, TX non-stop on our way to the Texas STOL roundup. It was 6.5 hours and I was comfortable the whole time. We were a little stiff when we got out but that was not due to the seat just age.

A friend of mine is putting an adjustable PA18 seat into his PA12 project.
He got ahold of Fine Line upholstery in Anchorage and said they are awesome to work with.
