LSA down in Philippines

Probably the first accident report on here to come from the Philippines.

A Quicksilver GT500 crashed during a test flight. By accounts passed on to me, the pilot was at 60 mph and rotating for take-off when the aircraft drifted to the left. Pilot attempted to counter the drift but the aircraft continued drifting to the left and banking to a 90 degree angle before the left wing made contact with a fence and spun the aircraft to the ground. The pilot walked away.

Re: LSA down in Philippines

Yes, on Luzon.

New info on the crash...

It was discovered that the aileron wires were crossed AND there was no pre-flight inspection.
