Mexico Report

Live from Playa Del Carmen Mexico.

Weather hot hot hot, sticky, hi humidity.

Fishing great, 1 Mahi Mahi, about 24 pounds, 2 Baraccuda, Spanish Mackrel, Black Tuna and a regular Tuna.

Will post more plus some pictures after I get back Home.

Fly safe, Bub

Just in time

Well back in good old eastern oregon. Out of the way of Dean. Had 113 e-mails so will spend some time there.

Out of the playa del carmen airport, saw a 172, 206, Caravan, and a Seneca depart. Airport property has been sold to delvelopers and will be torn down as soon as a new one gets built in Chetumal, about 15 miles south of Del Carmen. I'm sure if Dean hits, there will be parts for sale.

Good to be home, will post some pictures later. When I find the camera.

See ya, Bub

Yep

Zane,

That be the monster of the deep. Between 25 and 28 pounds. I googled Mahi Mahi today and it said few are over 33 pounds, so it was a good size male.

We had no way to cook it, store it, or pack it so I gave him to the crew. Made their day. Proably feed both their families for a couple of days anyway.

See ya, Bub
