Not me, this guy. I was driving northbound on I-15, about a third of the way up what we call the Malad Summit. It was windy, but straight up the pass, and I can say from experience flying the area, probably not too turbulent, pretty laminar flow in that area, with that wind direction. It was about 9:00 in the morning, and whatever we all were doing, this shows what this pilots Monday morning was like.
I pulled over and watched for 5 minutes, thinking someone may step out of the chopper onto the lines (I've seen other pictures showing just that, damn....). But apparently they were "just" doing a long, slow, close visual inspection....., over a busy major interstate, on a windy day, on a Monday morning.
