Is it dry enough for a small tire plane with wheel pants?

Anyone know if Moose Creek is open. I see no TFR there but I know there's a fire close to it.

With smoke, conditions can change hourly. Wouldn't be at all uncommon to get in just fine and then not be able to get out for days.
