A few years back I was at Morgan County airport in Utah. It is up the canyon from Ogden. I talked to a guy that was recovering a Pacer in his hangar. He had a lot of Pacer and Tri Pacer projects and he seemed to know them real well. Does anybody know him and have his number. Even if you do not know him and have his number. Oh the guy is approximately 26 to 30
Also who does primary instruction in Morgan. Thinking of a good Christmas peasant for a grandson of mine.

I bet you are talking about Joe Garfield. He recovers 8 or 10 airplanes each year and fits your description.
He is also the Airport manager so his number is printed everywhere you look for airport info.
Good luck-
