My place to Tim Avery place

Flew up to Tim Avery's today in 40 Knot. Head winds bouncing me around - to do pre buy at Weed ,CA airport. Tim ,His wife and me went to dinner in Weed - tomorown night Mexican chow .

Negative on the pot stickers. Have to get up to Emmet for that. Crepes for breakfast though. He flys a 182 of course.

They fly the same exact airplane, but every time they get together they get into a brawl over who's crazier, someone who would put on an Army uniform and try to lift up into the air in a helicopter... or someone who would put on a Navy uniform and then try to hold their breath and go underwater in a submarine.

It's an ugly, bloody brawl. But I'm honored to have them both as friends.

Coming home was better - saved a hour and not so rough .Tim and His Wife were great host .Turned out 182 was a great bird - just off 135 forest service contract .Super clean 1973 182 .On stop in Yerrytoin for fuel had do
Hand prop to get back home. I have extra starters in shop.
