Those old strips fascinate me, and I love exploring them. We "gots lots" here in Nevada, and when I fly over them, if I can, I come back on the four-wheelers to see what shape they're in and on what land. Then, the real fun part is going back out to land on 'em. We usually bring a picnic lunch, sit on a tire to eat, and then walk around and kick rocks and pick up junk on the ground.
