I went to see the doctor, they ran some testes and said that I had HAGS, Herpes, Aids, Gonorrhea and syphilis, not to worry though, they have a special diet for me, pancakes and pizza,?????? Why pancakes and pizza? It’s the only thing that will fit under the door. #-o
All kidding aside, I went to the doctor and they don’t know what is going on, they gave me several scripts, the shot gun approach. And sent me on my way. Well let’s see what happens. So far it has not killed me, but then it is not through with me yet. I think it may be a kissing bug or a spider, however I have been bitten by what they think was a Brown Recluse, took days to develop and left a huge hole in my hand, at one point I thought that I was going to lose some digits. Thanks for the concern and the grins, In spite of this Johnson Creek was Awesome my friend and I had a great time, and I am already looking forward to next year.
A heartfelt thanks to all that made It happen, Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D>

Can you send some pictures so we can tell you how bad you look :?:

But not nearly as much fun or yuck factor. Post some gross pics so we can share them on Facebook.

On a serious note, let's hope it is not Brown Recluse. Is that spider found up there?

Re: Nasty Bug Bite @ Johnson Creek

A few years ago, while sleeping in my bed, I woke with a burning sensation in my crotch area. :? I dropped my drawers to find a nasty little black widow munching near my goodies, oh man! did that ever suck. Barely made it to the hospital the pain was so bad. Like getting kicked in the nuts by a draft horse! The little bit*h bit me 4 times, and the venom took almost a week to get out of my system.

I don't like spiders, hellish little things!

My step-mom's niece had a condo in Las Vegas, NV that was infested with Brown Recluse spiders. They are some tough sum bitches. They tried everything they could to eradicate them, but with no luck. She ended selling the condo last I heard.

In early 70's, an elderly friend of my dads was bitten by a black widow, killed her dead...

Re: Nasty Bug Bite @ Johnson Creek

Good luck with your treatments.

When I was going to mech school I got bitten by a what i was told was most likley a brown recluse. They had an old SaberLiner that sat a lot. We took it out on the ramp one day & did a runup. Felt a bite sometime during the engine run but ignored it. That night I had a hard bump thing under the skin on my left forearm. I poked at it with a needle to try & drain it (bad idea). The poison spread thru my arm & it swelled up huge & was on fire! Treated next day at the hospital & took weeks of med to feel better. Had a small hole in my arm for a few years, just a scar now.

I also had this happen a while ago. Her husband had passed away a few years before.
