This one actually isn't cut into lots. Bob does have a really nice lot left at the Airpark. I will make a video of that lot someday. Yah, I think we shot this less than a month ago. It was really cold then but this week it was nice.

And, for anyone who is interested, Bob Breeden is a GOOD guy, salt of the earth. He developed an air park community near this place some years ago.
And, son Bobby kicked some serious butt at Valdez last year in the short takeoff and landing contest with their homebuilt Cub.
