A friend has a 182 with two second row seats from a Cessna 206 for passengers, it was approved and for him to take out the seats takes less than a minute.
He installed the seat rails too.

I use a lot my plane to go mountain biking and the rear seat comes out and back in all the time, to put the bikes in.

This mod is just what I need.
