The Good Lord does not deduct those days from our alloted quota, spent fishing, flying or with our Grandchildren.......

In his defense I will add that just because the person in the link is a paranoid conspiracist, doesn't mean the government isn't trying to "get" him.

Lynn Sanderson (Dirtstrip) passed away from natural causes in May 2013. He was a great contributor and will be missed dearly.

One person? Try most of them! Seemed like at least half of the people who commented on the linked story are conspiracy nuts: several stated that there were no airliners on 9/11, and that missiles or planted explosives brought down the twin towers. I'm surprised that no one brought up the grassy knoll, or Marilyn Monroe's death, or the TV-studio filming of the moon walks.

Well, if it's on the internet, it must be true.

Re: New Twist on Austin Plane?

When I see anything in print I consider it someone's opinion..not necessarily fact. When you see a TV anchor talking about something, he/she is reading a script. As Jack Webb used to say on Dragnet..just give me the facts. Some people know that I am a pilot and ask me what about this or that about some airplane acccident...such as the accident at Boulder..I tell them to wait for the investigation to come out..I don't have all of the facts, and probably never will. There are people trained in that kind of investigation and for what they may find and opinions they may have, they will draw THEIR conclusions..be it fact, opinion, or politically correct. My concern..and the reason I started the other thread.....is that whatever the outcome of Austin is, I hope it's not detremental to us a pilots and the freedoms that we enjoy. HC
