Took the bride up to sky manor for breakfast. One of my favorite east coast "$100.00 omelette" spots so far, besides Ocean city NJ. Had a good time, air smooth as silk, for once.

Sky Manor is great, I was there for lunch on Christmas Eve. Always fun when 25 is in use, something about the terrain off the approach end but the winds get squirrely. Good times grading landings from a comfy seat inside over a good bowl of chili.

Yea Vick, I've been in there a few times when it's squirrely. Friday was smooth though (rwy 25) and they had just opened again for business after a weeks vacation. They were hopping pretty good by the time we left. Watched a student practicing autorotation in an R-22 prang the rear of the skids pretty good on one landing. They idled on the ground a few minutes after that one.

I'm sure the instructor gave the student a little "what for" after that. Hey, I've been there. Shit happens.

About 30 miles north is Andover aerodrome where Harrison Ford got his TW endorsement, which is probably where I'm going.
