Greetings,

Looking to lease my plane to an acquaintance who is a new Instrument/commercial pilot. I am not flying the plane as much as I would like it to fly. Its a Cessna 150L in good condition and health.

While thinking about the logistics and liability, its clear that many things must be spelled out in writing, who will be responsible for what. I want to be able to outline all the expectations and keep it as simple as possible. This pilot is covered under my insurance for hull and liability.

If anyone has a template or example to share, I'd greatly appreciate it!
