Morning broke with a more typical Southeast style, low clouds, fog and a very light mist. The water was flat calm and it looked to be a good day. Horton fired up the boat and headed out into the inlet.

“Hey Jake, how’s about you fix us another one of those good breakfasts while I steer the boat.” Horton said with a wink to Don Jose’.

“What the hell does he think I am a maid, Jake grumbled good naturedly. OK, OK what do you want this morning.” Horton hollered back at him “Oh maybe some bacon and eggs to start off with, then I’ll let you know.”

Carlos looked at Jake curiously and Jake made a motion of eating, Carlos pointed to himself and then down to the galley. Jake understood that Carlos was offering to help and he made a “come along” motion with his hands and walked below.
