S39, Are you referring to the weather? I am down here in Sacramento right now for work, but plan on driving back up to Salem tonight. I heard it wet up there!

It is wet and sooner the better on ABW. I like my 29x11x10 AirHawks for everyday. Too much asphalt at Troutdale.
35s are the ultimate for off asphalt.

Rainy this week, but flyable.
S39 has a nice grass/gravel/dirt strip next to runway 15, to the right of 15, that I use all the time.
There are several other dirt strips over here that the owners don't care if people use them.
I flew in the valley for 30yr before I moved over here, and that was nasty weather at times.
