Great trip report. Are you sure Tieton was abandoned and not lost? Regardless, good on you.

Nice to see the ol' 170 could make it into and out of chukar and bull run.

She could have been lost. From the looks of her she was probably out there a week or more, not sure how much longer she would make it on her own. She had a collar on but no tags, and before we decided we were going to keep her we took her to the vet and had her scanned for a chip

And the 170 did great out of those strips, 2 people aboard and full fuel when we left vancouver too.

Yer obviously having a lot of fun with ol' 60C. Makes me lonesome for her when I see these great pics. What's the story on the prop? did you get a finer one or?. When I sold it it still ha the original.

The new prop is an 8042, climbs a lot better now.

im not gonna lie in that last picture it looks like you might have to get a new prop....looks a little bent! :D Great pics I am going to have to get the one of me full size cause that's a picture I might frame! It was great meeting up with you!

Saving a dog is a good thing. I found one of mine at a rest stop by Madras, sick and dying. He grew into a fine dog that goes most everywhere with me.
Tieton knows you saved her, she will be a good dog, and you have an awesome story to go with her rescue.
