Or maybe the thinking was " I have a white T-shirt on and I am standing in the middle of a GLACIER, what do I have that will make me stand out and keep me warm a bit. O YAH my life jackets are bright orange and are insulated" Just saying.

I hope I'm still flying when I'm 80--that seems ominously closer than I'd like. And I have flown up the wrong drainage, but I've been around the block a time or two and have been able to turn around without much drama. But I can guarantee, I won't be putting on a PFD so that my friends here can laugh at me, if I have to set down somewhere! :D
