Piper SB 551

So the not-a-project Pawnee turned into a project. A few fabric repairs became a complete rejuvenation and repaint of all of the fabric surfaces. That left all of those little panels on the nose, may was well paint them too? There are about 30 of them and they are not really little. I learned that there were at least seven people ahead of me that were smarter than me because none of them chose to remove the previous layers of paint. Almost done though and the subject of this post. I need a copy of piper Service bulletin 551. It's for the AD for inspecting the aft spar attach, does anybody have a copy? Thanks!
