Have any of you flown into this ranch? I was thinking about flying my son down there fishing this weekend. Just curious if any of you knew of any gotcha's?

Hi Jim,
We wrote-up and posted pictures of QCC on the FlyColorado.org site. This is a high elevation uncharted airfield on BLM land w/ grazing rights. The runway (which also serves as a road) blends in with the terrain and can be hard out pick out from a distance. I think the fishing ponds at the ranch are set-up for the overnight guests, but you can always call or e-mail the owner for more details.
