Nice tailwinds nothing fantastic. Had to work around some cells over the Rockies, got chased out of Limon Co. By an approaching cell. Hot here 105 yesterday? Got some nice pix but don't know how to move them around on this iPad.

You OK Russ? Your last SPOT has you in Cleveland Lake. Did you put on some floats?

Ya all is good at my sisters house just north of Muskegon. Hot n humid here. That 75 miles over Lake Michigan was as much as IMC as I've ever done. Very hazy, the blue sky blended in perfectly with the same color of the lake, no horizon at all  it was 75 miles across and I couldn't see land until 20 miles from shore.

Just got home from Minneapolis and found out Russ stopped at Paullina. Could have hauled car gas in jugs if I'd have been around.

No kiddin  I stopped there cause I needed enough fuel to get to Limon Co. and my IPad said gas was $5.20. It was actually was $5.00 per gal. but cash no plastic. Never noticed you were from Paulina Marty.

The only IFR was leaving Riverside getting out of the overcast and that was only1500' thick was in it barely 2 mins.
This is Lake Michigan only 75 miles wide but it was all blue until the last 20-25 miles was when I could see shore line. I flew it VFR but this was about IMC. No horizon at all.

I left Fremont Mi. 0420 and pulled it into the hangar at 2200 that night in Riverside Ca 1800 miles long day, still recovering from Cessna lag

Never seen a full circle rainbow before this one the camera didn't catch the full circle but it was there.

I'm using Foreflight & Airnav primarily and telephone to verify. Airnav is showing Limon Co as having Mogas but I tested it and it has eth in it.
