Good looking plane that seems to handle well and is quite capable. However, the load did not appear to be very large based on the what I thought would be the capacity of the aircraft. That may be because they weren't hauling a full load or maybe I am not good at estimating that sort of thing.

That was my first thought too. But then I saw another video in english and they said that it could pick up 12 ton of water in 18 sec. . If water is 8lbs per gallon that would be 3,000 gal. But kinda hard to tell if that is how much they are dropping or not.

This thing is the most amazing backcountry aircraft I've ever seen, although at $40m each they're a little pricy. A 400kt flying Winnebago with 3000 mile range and full amphib ability. You could fly from LAX direct to your favorite fishing lake in Minnesota, then launch your bass boat out the cargo door. Awesome!!

Your bass boat, and/or your folding wing airplane, on floats of course. And, it even has a stick!
