Sacramento area 170

New to board, been lurking in the background for a while. Very much enjoy the forum.

I am partnered in on a 170b at KSAC.
I was wondering if anyone in the SAC area had a Continental IO-360 on their 170 and if they would mind us looking at it, or at least talking in depth about the conversion. We are currently considering an upgrade and like the advantages of staying with the Continental. Also we found an IO-360 for a good deal.

Steve-

I think "watkinsnv" has a 170 conversion here in Reno. You could PM him and ask. There is another guy here in town who has the 170 Lycoming O-360 conversion who I've flown with but that may not be of much help to you.

Also try PM'ing BlueLdr. I think he's in Truckee, he has a 180HP 170B, not sure which motor.
