Sandy River Airport lights?

When I landed at the Sandy River Airport http://www.airnav.com/airport/03S a while back I seem to remember there being lights there. Does anyone know if they are available for public use?

Thanks

Re: Sandy River Airport lights?

I am the caretaker of Sandy River Airport and Jack the owner doesn't want to give out the frequency to the light because he is worried someone will hit the tree's on approach.

Re: Sandy River Airport lights?

Thanks Paul. I wasn't planning on flying in at night, just wanted to take off after dark. I fly a Savannah so I'd be well clear of the trees, It's a bummer but I do understand the whole liability thing. I was surprised when I saw the lights there due to the amount of trees.

On another note, do you have self service fuel available? Nice to find grass strips with fuel.

Cheers,
Tyler
