Seawind crashes into FL supermarket

Yikes, we can't be doing that. Reeeeal glad no one on the ground got it. Bad PR.
Made many a flight over that Publix in the "olden days". Even used to live in a house just behind it.....when "it" was a field.
If he was coming out on 23 there isn't much in front of of him from that point on other than city for another few miles then river/swamp.
I had one quit in a 185 amphib on the other side of town at about 1,000 feet heading NE for 5. Luckily about 30 on the tail, just kept magically going and landed downwind on a taxiway.

G3, back when I was with the Motocross team, we used to stay at the Holiday Inn across from this Publix. I've been in that store before. Sad news!
