Anyway, hopefully it will be resolved soon. If you've submitted photos to the general gallery, I didn't get the notification email for those either, but I check it every so often anyway. Just another reason to use your user gallery!

Server issue: Email notifications
For some reason these have been having problems the last few days. I've gotten several PM's today and never got a notification email for any of them. I submitted a support request to the host and they gave me some excuse about "clogs" in the mail server. Hmmmph.
Anyway, hopefully it will be resolved soon. If you've submitted photos to the general gallery, I didn't get the notification email for those either, but I check it every so often anyway. Just another reason to use your user gallery!
