Ski pilot retirement home?

I just finished doing all the crane work on a huge assisted living center under construction. Walking through it, and looking out at the views from the rooms (other buildings, right in town  ) was a grim experience. BUT, I found another site recently that would be a hell of a lot more fun. Just challenging enough to get in and out of (especially on skis, there is a hillside out of the picture to the right that complicated approach and departure) to keep the blood pumping and best of all the rocking chair is already in place.ImageImage

Looks great!!
Lets all through a few bucks together and buy the place. Have it chinked up and livable in no time. Could be the BCP Club House.......

If we have to have the clubhouse in the snow can we at least have a swimming pool?
