I had a solar panel to deliver to a customer about 30 miles away, and had a little fun along the way.....still easily cruised in the mid 90's ind. at 6K+ (taking the 29's off, putting the skis on, that partially fair the smaller tires, ends up being a wash cruise speed wise, maybe a bit cleaner then the 29's. The small tires without the skis makes a noticable difference, but is no fun at all) and really couldn't even tell it was there. The rancher customer I met at the airport I ended up at was a pretty cool customer, like he bought stuff from people he didn't know that delivered it (free) flown in strapped to the outside of airplane all the time, I like that attitude!

Speaking of cool, it was 5 when I launched, gotta love that thick air! I had both the muff heater and the hot water heater on plus my oil cooler shutter totally closed, the coolant divertor valve fully closed which diverts the coolant from the radiator and instead sends it through the heat exchanger under the panel. It has a muffin fan behind it and is thermostat controlled), and the engine temps were up just right.
