strips near georgetown, ca

I was checking out the camping at georgetown an noticed a really nice airstrip/home/lake 1.5 miles due west. I tried to peak into the hangar and it looked like a light sport highlander? I might be totally off on the aircraft id. Anyone know anything about this place.

Also there is a north south dirt strip that catches my eye at 38.74 121. North of cameron park and east of folsom lake. There is a wrecked canard type aircraft under a tree and lots of airplane tire marks on the dirt.
