Super Maule by Bill Duncan is Flying w/ MT Prop

Have you modified your aircraft? STC? STOL Kit? Major rebuild from just a data plate?

Re: Super Maule by Bill Duncan is Flying w/ MT Prop

I will say one thing about the book of faces. It did bring myself and my girlfriend of three years together. I knew her in high school and always thought she was a hottie. Then she "friended" me on the facebook. Downhill from there!

But other than that, facebook is the DEVIL!!!!

What is wrong with facebook? Free, fun, keep in contact with family, friends. You do't have to give them any top secret info,

What am I missing? Some of our most revered members use FB.

G'Day

To each their own, Rob. Nothing personal, I just don't understand how a lot of people use it. I get the whole keeping up with family and friends, but I have a phone to do that with. I can't believe anyone would really care about a picture of my meal tonight, or the fact that I just woke up and pouring coffee, but people post it. Some folks will post EVERY damn moment of their life on their page, which is fine, but I don't understand it. Don't get me wrong, if that's your cup of tea, have at it. I just lead a real quiet ( read "boring" ) life.

G'Day back at ya, Sir,

Brent

P.S. Apologies for the thread drift, that is one bad ass looking Maule.

I post some news and cool stuff to our Facebook page that I don't here on the site. It's just another news outlet.

Certainly a lot of retarded stuff on there, but you can easily shape it to what you want it to be.

You can shape shit. But its still shit. Opinions are like assholes too..........

The drama that comes with having a personal FB page is not worth it to me. (My past seems to always haunt me as I have multiple illegitimate, bastard children. By multiple women...)

As a business outlet, its probably some of the best free advertising available.

Wup, not your fault. I think the privacy setting on that video makes it so it can't be embedded on other sites. The Picasa one works, you just have to follow the link. It's a special YouTube video that can't be viewed outside the Picasa album.

Great Maule, definitely Flying and Private Pilot magazine worthy of an article.
Nice to see that my undercarriage and tire money is going to such a good cause.

Hey Bill,

How is the new plane doing? If you have the time, I would love to see more pics and any videos. I would also like to hear your thoughts on how the plane is working out.

Thanks,
Joe
