Agreed, I just packed a Maule for Vanuatu , only three weeks by ship. I'm packing another Maule for Indonesia and that is 5 weeks from east coast to Jakarta. Another to Europe, less than 2 weeks from east coast.
But once in a while the Greenland/Iceland jaunt to Europe is more entertaining though more expensive. Recently a Maule to NZ took 3.5 weeks. Another fun delivery is down the Carribean chain to Venezuela, or via Mexico, Belize to dive, Costa Rica, to Columbia.

But wait, I think I flew over Liberia on a 747 ride from Jo'burg S.A. to Cape Verde Isles. It's in Africa.

Never been to African Liberia, but the Costa Rican version is absolutely beautiful.
