T14 Quinlan, TX aka my house

I’m still working on fabric on my Stinson but here are a few pics from last Friday of a buddies Stinson. He dropped in from Oklahoma to check the progress on my airplane and we did some cruising around. Love these planes. Not exactly backcountry but it is grass! Lol 3200’x60. The local instructors like to come by with students to practice short/soft field stuff

Mow it with a zero turn then roll it behind the ranger every few weeks

Hey nice to see someone on here close to home! I'm at Foggy Bottom aka my house, 41nm E (72*) of you. I've landed on your strip there, very nice! I was behind a truck near Rockwall or Lavon the other day with a Fat Tire Cowboy sticker ... wonder if that was you? I just bought a 182C to fly in my back yard... drop in sometime if you're ever looking for some new grass to explore... my strip looks a little more "back country" than yours! Lol

I went to school in Quinlan. When I get more of a backcountry plane - I'll drop by.
