I am not a Just buy a Maule guy but Greg Miller is selling his experimental Maule. Would be a tough plane to build for what he is asking. See youtube.

The Husky works well for dogs up to 50 pounds. We have an attachment for her harness and padded sidewalls and clear film over the windows for protection.
How heavy is your dog?
