Tailwheel Training

Shameless plug for a former Kotzebue cohort who has decided to leave the warmth and comfort of Arctic airplane driving, and head south.

http://www.adventureflight.net/ is going to be working out of Fairbanks in the summer, and Lincoln, CA in the winter, offering training and scenic stuff in a variety of old tailwheel crates. A T-cart, SNJ-4, and a 1942 Cessna T-50 Bamboo Bomber.

He's aware of this site and should be joining shortly, and he's making noise about bringing the Bomber over to HSF.

Andy Bibber is his name, and he's a good guy and a good stick. I'll leave the rest up to him to figure out.

That sounds awesome! I'd love to get some stick time in the SNJ! I'll start saving my pennies right now. :)8

Andy is a couple hangers down from us at Lincoln. His airplanes are gorgeous, and his dogs and my dog have made friends. I will definitely be doing some flying with him, and hopefully some skiing and lots more hanger flying too!
