Ran into this video on Vimeo on the other day called Desert Angel, which appeared to be a great documentary about this Australian bush pilot named Talia Sheppard. Unfortunately, while the dialog was in English, it was narrated in French, which cut its entertainment value significantly.

Still, I posted it on our Facebook page because it's still good video. User Windknot then uncovered this great bit from ABC News Australia about Talia's operation, in English. It's an even better piece, that goes on to cover some other female bush pilots in the country.
