The old girl gets no respect.
Owning an aircraft has many special considerations like financing, taxes, inspections, registration, and even partnerships. You can post questions on buying and selling procedure. Please post type-specific questions and topics in the
Types forum.
First time landing my old 172 on my strip was today. All the years of flying TW aircraft from the property I finally decided to bring the old 172 in. 172's seem to get little attention but are fairly versatile airplane for all around use. I was full fuel and plopped her in fairly short without even trying hard. 34 years of owning it and I am going to be sad seeing it go. It's going to a younger owner who will hopefully enjoy it as much as I have.

Very nice apparent brisk walk rate of closure to touchdown slowly and softly in the beginning of the strip.
