This is how far flight sims have come: X-Plane v9

Obviously this guy has a very powerful system and video card to render this terrain and water this smoothly, but it illustrates just how incredible X-Plane has become.

Looks like its time to sell the Scout, I could fly way cooler planes with that.

Yep, probably time to hang up your hat. There's no real life experience that can beat a virtual one, and you could probably get a really nice computer with the money from that Scout. :) Put a sock in it you luddite!

But you'll end up dishing out the same out of $$ for the system to utilize it as you do for avgas, so I'd keep the plane! :lol:
