I took a friends son up for about an hour yesterday for his first small plane ride. He joined the Navy and leaves for training this weekend.
He made the nuclear list, from what I understand about 10% qualify, and of those 3% make the list.
He has made his dad and the rest of us around here proud.
Oh, he flew for half the trip and said he might just buy a plane with his enlistment money .
