At any given time, you can open this URL and see the time lapse loop for this camera, but it will constantly change day to day. Today I caught it with several frames of darkness getting lighter into dawn, and a beautiful sunny day.
To capture it I wrote a shell script to save and compile the images into an animated GIF, which came out to be 5MB!!
