For better or worse, I've paired this back recently - used to carry more, but never needed it. Maybe it'll bite me in the ass, but felt like the weight wasn't needed.

My Skywagon tool kit looks a lot like hotrod180’s. A spare alternator belt and needed tools go with me as well. Wish I had an extra tailwheel hub assembly but I do take a tire and tube. I notice he also packs along a main gear tube. I have been trying to figure out what main gear jack to carry for possible use in the field. That is, if the fix-a-flat no work. Been looking at the Bogert adapters. My small floor jack could go but a 6 ton bottle jack weighs less. What do you all carry?

Instead of a jack I cary amsteel cord and several climbing pulleys to rig a 6:1 mechanical advantage system. I always have a axe and saw in the plane, as well as a folding shovel. My plan for a flat is to cut trees for a tripod and lift the gear leg with the cord and pulleys. If there are no trees maybe I can pull up fence posts to make a short tripod that will hold the leg while I dig out from under the tire. If there's really nothing to make a tripod out of, I'm pretty screwed. But carrying a jack and gear leg adaptor in the airplane...too much weight for the utility, in my opinion.

Also, if you haven't taken a wheel apart to get to the tube, you might be surprised at the required sockets and extenders. They're not exotic, but if you didn't put them in your tool roll specifically for that task, they probably aren't in there. Not much point in getting the tire off if you can't get to the tube afterwards...

Good idea to have a spare tube/tire for your t/w, and a spare tube for your MLG-- even for all-on-airport ops. Ditto for a jackpoint.
A lot of places you can borrow hand tools, or a jack, but you'd be lucky to find anything tire-related other than 600x6- if that.
I used to carry an old worn-out t/w tire & tube as spares,
but since I acquired a complete spare tire-and-wheel assembly a year or so ago,
and it doesn't take any extra room or add much weight, it stays in the airplane.
FWIW I used to carry a little hydraulic bottlejack,
but after a couple years of laying on it's side, it lost it's prime or something and doesn't work anymore.
