Ultra light on(with) Drugs

Wife called this morning to report a ultralight(or experimental) had crashed next to house where she was staying . Seems ultralight couldn't get over or past power lines . This happened south 20 miles of Tuscon where our daughter lives. Old crop duster strip now has power lines ! Right next to
Noglas highway .

Had one spin in over here about a month ago. Two came over about San Luis, One wrecked, one went back. Seems he had his pot attached to the wings with releases on both sides. One side released and the other wouldn't

They were trikes. Now DOHS wants a courtesy call from us anytime we are planning a "low and slo" flight close to the border...
