I took this photo because of the waterfall- wishing there was someplace I could land next to it. Alas, I don't have a float plane.
Had to "bag" some strips on the way down. There is actually a practical side to my bagging (other than getting out for a pee) and that's so I've been to these strips before- so the next time I find myself in a one mile clear of clouds situation I know what to expect and where they are. Took this picture at Cordova. Strip has water on one side and a road on the other, and wind coming from opposite directions at each end of the strip.
A million places to explore. Not enough time, not enough money, not enough gas.
Hundreds of miles of unending beach.
And then somehow I flew past Saturn.
