Apparently there is a vicious rumor, started at OshKosh, that the 2nd Annual Texas STOL Roundup is cancelled. This is not true and never has been. The event is on and scheduled for Apr 10, 11, 12 of 2015. And it is at Llano, TX - KAQO. You can learn more at http://www.texasstolroundup.org.

I first heard of this from a concerned friend who called while at OshKosh. I asked him to tell everyone he saw or met that the event had never been cancelled and of course was on. But apparently the rumor is still out there as I just got a call from our Air Boss saying the Llano Airport has fielded a number of calls from people who had heard it was cancelled.

Please let your circle of interested friends know the event is on and not to believe the rumor.
